Blueing the Caspian Sea Project to hold first Regional Steering Committee meeting

The Blueing the Caspian Sea Project will hold its first Regional Steering Committee meeting on 14 July 2026, marking an important step in moving the project from launch to implementation.

The meeting will bring together project partners and country representatives to discuss implementation arrangements, coordination mechanisms and key priorities for the next phase of work. It will also provide an opportunity to review planned activities and ensure alignment with national and regional priorities for the protection of the Caspian Sea.

The first Regional Steering Committee meeting will help guide the project’s strategic direction and support coordinated action toward a healthier and more resilient Caspian Sea.
